These are all fairly good points.
I want to emphasize especially on title tags.
Title tags are an insanely good way to generate clicks, and you have to be click-baity while still being truthful, to not get hurt by Google in the long run for "lying" to your potential customers.
Keywords are obviously neccessary to rank, but make sure you dont go overboard, or do what we like to call "keyword stuffing" to an extent that seems unnatural, you WILL be punished for this in your rankings.
Make sure every single piece of HTML on your pages are up to speed, make sure all the proper tags are on for images, titles etc.
Proper buildup of your pages is important, for the google algorithm to properly understand your site and read it how you want it to.
Internal linkbuilding between your various landing pages is an easy and "free" but somewhat small boost to your rankings in the long run as well.
Prio #1 is funnily enough the last point on the list here, FOLLOW GOOGLES GUIDELINES!
Google update their guidelines a lot and fairly often, it is absolutely VITAL to follow them, or you could lose your rankings.
