I too also like Amtex's stack machines. Only reason why I didn't get one is a by chance deal I got on a refurbished machine Nick Nellos offered me with only 300 hours on it.

Hitting 650 hours this week on the 30/47 stacked inferno. Thing kicks ass. It pays for itself VERY quickly if you try hard enough.
Read my post to Rob. Having trouble with our local,repair/supplier. Say he will not install am,Amtex.

The repair work on them should be no problem as all the components are pretty accessable. Amtex will have an endless supply of all components. Pending whether it has one or two HX's will be a factor of yr heat concerns. Two HX's will be no probs to keep up for any carpet and Upholstery cleaning. As for the Vacuum, The cfms may be only 200 however I'm sure the lift is good at 16hg's. There's a lot of support for you with Amtex Equipement and Ben there will be able to answer all your questions. For 100ft you should have no problems as a base unit. At 150ft it may just be a matter of a few more dry passes.
Cheers.

I haven't heard any negative feedback on the prowler.

Just be certain that he puts stainless steel water lines/not galvanized fittings on the machine, and refuse the hypro water pump (upgrade to a General Pump on it)

I've only seen hypros on amtex truckmounts .... I hated mine on my Chem-Tex.... I'd never get another truckmount with one I'd just pull it off and replace it...
