I did not like the terms so I walked...
amazon offers a complete satisfaction no questions asked. So if a client complaints, you are to make it right at any cost. Refund their money ASAP if they so choose not to let you re-clean and so on and on. Price shoppers all the time. that is what amazon is all about low prices, Yes, you can set your price but people will run to the lowest. Maybe for your it could work I did not see it working for me s I said thanks but no thanks. What were the terms?
its okay, when it first started it was groupon status.. 3 rooms/$69 bucks etc.
then they declared they were changing it to "fair market pricing" so now its better but still under what we charge. Its about 4 rooms @ $225 approx
signing up is really really annoying. They want credit check, references, licenses.. then after all that they want a current utility bill? I was like wtf
This is what I am offering as well, if the customer is not happy then I will go back to reclean it with my expense. What is there not to agree about that? Don't you offer that currently? My guys here say the same thing - Amazon essentially sets the prices by offering comparisons, then insists that ANY unhappy customer be given a free re-clean or a refund. All at carpet cleaner's expense. My fellas aren't happy with it.
I think the difference is you still get to use your best judgment over the situation, with Amazon, you lose that. This is what I am offering as well, if the customer is not happy then I will go back to reclean it with my expense. What is there not to agree about that? Don't you offer that currently?
