None of those services are worth a damn, however I used them to send out reminder cleanings the following year and half called back, maybe because of quality maybe because of price :p

its okay, when it first started it was groupon status.. 3 rooms/$69 bucks etc.

then they declared they were changing it to "fair market pricing" so now its better but still under what we charge. Its about 4 rooms @ $225 approx

signing up is really really annoying. They want credit check, references, licenses.. then after all that they want a current utility bill? I was like wtf

What were the terms?
amazon offers a complete satisfaction no questions asked. So if a client complaints, you are to make it right at any cost. Refund their money ASAP if they so choose not to let you re-clean and so on and on. Price shoppers all the time. that is what amazon is all about low prices, Yes, you can set your price but people will run to the lowest. Maybe for your it could work I did not see it working for me s I said thanks but no thanks.

Cleaning services from Amazon is not a good option for all the time. You have to agree to there terms and conditions that are not reliable for every customer. So the best option is to go with professional cleaning services company.

My guys here say the same thing - Amazon essentially sets the prices by offering comparisons, then insists that ANY unhappy customer be given a free re-clean or a refund. All at carpet cleaner's expense. My fellas aren't happy with it.

This is what I am offering as well, if the customer is not happy then I will go back to reclean it with my expense. What is there not to agree about that? Don't you offer that currently?

I think the difference is you still get to use your best judgment over the situation, with Amazon, you lose that.

If a cleaner has doubts about it working for them; how many customers will ask for reclean and so forth; I say try it out. You can always decide not to continue. Prove for yourself if it has merit. Otherwise it is all guess work and speculation.

Seems like a lot of companies here offer a similar re-clean or refund guarantee anyway. I will give it a shot.

Can you even set your own prices or do they set them for you?

What if you get to the job and they need filtration lines removed for example, or pet stains, or its hammered carpet from slobs so you have to restore it?
