New here! We are starting a fast food restaurant nightly cleaning business. Our account is with chick fil a. The owner loves the idea of having a crew come in so he can send his night shift home without the added cleaning duties that they aren’t doing well. He would like his facility to be thoroughly cleaned. Spotless floors, booth upholstery cleaned and spots removed, walls, bathrooms, windows, all aspects of the kitchen. Basically everything! We have been looking at investing in a good steam cleaner to assist in aquiring a deeper clean while cutting some of the elbow grease. We are new to all janitorial business, so trying to navigate through all the info has been quite extensive! At this point we are hoping to find a machine that will clean most of the areas we need done. Something with extraction as well that will get the floors looking great. And also good for blasting grease and grime off kitchen appliances. Should we be looking at multiple machines? Or is there something out there than will get this massive job done? Also, what would you quote for a nightly job like so? We will start with the one restaurant, then pick up two more in the next couple months. And continue to add chick fil a’s as we grow and find good employees. Thank you for any help/ info!!
