I think 30K is reasonable considering the low miles on van and hours on machine. 45k is just too much. 30K is still a lot of money tho when you are getting in a 10 year old van. going to be a tough sale, for sure wont get 45k, 30K may be possible.

Offer 20k and negotiate from there.....

That van on KBB good condition is worth $7k on its very best day and only that because of the mileage. That machine brand new can be had for $22k. And that machine is not brand new; it has over 800 hours.
Where in the world does $45k come from? If everything on that van was perfect and tires were brand new and I paid $18k for that I'd feel like it was just barely fair. It should really sell for closer to $15k. Not trying to be rude but that looks like a ripoff to me unless I'm missing something big.

Not to mention the fact that's only a E150, not extended and the TM manufacturer recommends 3/4 ton or larger.
