You really think you're hiring the carpet with 230? What unit you using? I have 300k btu kerosene burner with a cat 5cp pump and even though its extremely hot I don't know if its that hot.

Most likly not but I have tested my Tms and both hit 230F at the wand and stay there unless I stop the water flow for to long..
