Its not a bad example. Maybe to the vegetarian. To me beef and pork are happiness and satisfying.
Terrible example! Absolutely TERRIBLE! I was gonna have a salad for lunch today, and now thanks to you boys I am instead chowing down on a cheesesteak sammidge.

Shame on you. SHAME, I say.

Cheesesteak you can never go wrong with a cheesesteak. Though ill admit those mofos are greasy. You could go with a chicken cheesesteak instead

Personally I eat very paticulary. Organic vegetables with occasional clean non processed meat (chicken, tuna, salmon only). But I eat really healthy so I can have pizza from anywhere when I feel like it (once every two weeks about)...that being said as someone that has been obsessing about nutrition and health even before becoming a carpet cleaner and has worked in the medical field...I'm expecting COPD at the very least if not cancer in the long run.

I don’t think any are good. A couple I was using when the breathing problems started (about 4 years ago) were Pros Choice Firestorm and Bridgepoint Traffic Slam among others in the past. I have switched to all non-butyl cleaners but the damage is done.
I recently had new carpet installed and the manufacturer said they "stand by" bridgepoint systems cleaning products, blah, blah ... Well have you read the SDS on any of their stuff? Reads like a corona virus SOP containment binder.

I like the stuff that fits neatly on 1 page and mainly says, "may cause irritation" and recommends rinsing with water.

Bridgeport and too many others out there day you have to wear a mask, tyvek suit, and for every contact with the product say, "seek immediate medical attention." No thanks.

i believe it. when you inhale those chems it irritates your sinuses then you swallow it. wearing a respirator is the single best choice i have made since i opened in 2007. also don't get sick nearly as often since i'm not breathing all the crap that gets stirred up. every now and then a customer asks and i basically say " doing this all day carries risks with breathing germs and cleaning products all day, if i was around this an hour a month i wouldn't bother"

lung damage from Butyl cleaners.

I am hooked up to an oxygen machine now when I’m home, my doctor wants me on oxygen 24 hours a day but I just can’t see knocking on a door with an oxygen tank saying “ I’m here to clean your carpet”

I work all day with my blood oxygen in the low 80’s (it should be 95 or higher). At night it drops into the 70’s unless I’m hooked up to my oxygen machine.

I am not a smoker and never have been.

i honestly wonder how some of these companies haven't been sued. for example. the round up legislation. that's even a product used outdoors. there is substantial research into inflammation from butyl cleaners. if i were a manager at prochem a change in manufacturing would be on the agenda. the risk is simply too high for future legislation

some may say it hasn't happened yet....well..round up was on the market for decades. it's a matter of time
