I just booked a job for this small hotel in my city. My guess is the floor is some really messed up ceramic but has very smooth finish.
How would you clean this? See pictures
Would stripper with a black pad work?
I just left a customers house, they have a 20% wool, 80% nylon custom rug. They recently had renovations done and the contractor put a plastic film down to create the walkway over the rug. When the film was removed there was a obvious dark stain left behind where the plastic was (see pictures)...
A customer of mine called yesterday and stated they are moving and the realtor suggested they touch up a couple areas of their hardwood floors before listing. They are not looking to refinish the entire area, just want to touch up a few high traffic areas (see pictures).
Does anyone have any...
I’ve recently had a couple of larger VCT stripping and waxing jobs. Had me questioning whether my method was as efficient/ effective as possible when trying to cover large areas.
In the past I have use several methods. The one I find to be the fastest now is to use my truck mount to rinse off...
Thanks all for the help. Job is not potentially until October and I had assumed the dark edges were from the metal framing.

I like it. The dryer vent idea is one I like since I've done that before with "Stanley Dreamer" ^. I know it's pretty easy. And I guess the way to sell it is improves dryer efficiency...reduces fire risk? [emoji91]
I'm looking for some insight.
I've had my business just over 3 years. Brought on a full time employee last year and had my first year breaking 6 figures.
I currently do minimal advertising on Facebook, SEO and we tried EDDM with little success earlier this year.
I'm looking to expand my...
Well I was very impressed with the Bonnet Pro Rocket. Great results on spots my previous encap solution could not remove.
However the citrus smell was pretty overwhelming at 4oz per gallon. This may stop me reordering [emoji848]
I recently bought a Lindsay's LW 38 pro from interlink and did my first job yesterday using the Hydroforce Heavy Duty and Wood Fresh cleaning system, followed up with the Gloss finish (also Hydroforce).
The customer had some very light scratches, more link tiny indents from dogs claws. I was...
