As for this holiday season all the cleaning service mechanics are off. I called my mechanic and he will look at it in the morning. Could it be maybe the belts are too tight? Where would I be able to get the vac gauge hose? Thank you.
I had my vacuum belts changed by my auto mechanic as I couldn’t get anyone in this holiday season.
The machine sounds louder now and vibrates a lot, specially when idling lower speed. Anyone have any suggestions what could be done.
Also this is another issues I’m having on the 570 SS...
Also, you probably have a short ,open end @ one end pressure hose, which you can hook up to your mount to release any air in the system. I would run it for a couple minutes so that there is no air pockets in your line. That could be the problem as well & luckily you have fixed the problem.
I would start with the regulator. You can probably get a kit from your supplier. Next would be chemical gage, making sure there’s no air in the lines & making sure your chemical pump is working well. Lastly, if it still pulsating, probably need to open up the pump.
I normally use a product called ‘winter rinse ‘
But this time, I thought maybe just clean with normal prespray and acid rinse should take care of it.
Although, most turned out good except a few stains have wicked up. Was thinking going back and just spray winter rinse and pad dry with rotary...
Using 175, will always get better & quicker results, I would agree to that, only if you’re charging extra to have all that extra equipment & labour.
Although, from the pictures, looks like probably you did pretty good.
Cleaning Restaurent carpet, best to use an enzyme pre spray. Enz-All, power burst, grunge gone etc are all enzyme pre sprays with high ph.
You can spray it down and scrub down with rotary scrubber and clean with your Truckmount or portable. If using portable, I would bonnet after for quicker...
Some times these heavy saturated urine stains need to be done 2-3 times. Also depends how much you charged and would the price justify for all that labour & time.
I've tried this chem couple times on few urine stains & worked well, although they were minor stains.
Just wondering, did you spray the carpet, or pour the product on it, saturating and leave it for at least an hour. And then vacuum off and rinse with warm water. That's how I've seen in their video pouring on and saturate.
Thank you, Shad.
That's a cool grout stick. Actually, I found the last bottle which I used and didn't work that well.
Here's a pic. It doesn't say if water base. Doesn't have any solvent odour. Believe it's water base.
And here is the one I got today, solvent base.
I've done a test now with both products. Will...
Thank you Todd,
I just bought a quart, cost was $38.42 including tax(Canadian). Heard real good reviews.
In your product, how do you apply to grout & do you do it right after cleaning or need to wait till next day to apply. I've used Stonetech before, maybe was water base. But didn't bead on...
