Find out what the law is for noise and what the cutoff time is for the area you service. Then keep a copy of it with you in the van binder. Happens again, pull it out and show the idiot cop the RSA rule and then move on with your job. If he arrest you, do what SRD said and sue the city/town...
File a lien on the property!! This will prevent any further development on the property when they or someone tries to get financing to do anything. Also will prevent transfer of ownership of the property as well. You will have to be made whole before they can move forward. Also bring it to...
Hi, also keep in mind you said you service in 5 states. You need to be have a permit for all the states you service. unless they have cross carry agreements with the other states you service. If you are stopped by law enforcement, you want to be sure you are within the laws of each state. Not...
Hi, good possibility if it was diagnosed right their are cracks around the bolts that will star out in crack lines away from the bolts. If its bad enough it will eventually break away completely from the plate leaving nothing to hold it together around the crankshaft/hub mount area.
Yes the...
Hi, actually Butler is a true last step injection at the manifold exit port. Nothing goes through the heat exchanger unless you are bleeding air from the detergent rinse system. It actually injects it at the water outlet manifold on the front which is also piped to the live reel. Just trying...
Hi Rob, Amdecon cert. would be good place to start. Alot of info and credibility tide to the schooling and cert. Our local paramedics were glad to find out we could do that kind of work when they have a bio cleanup job. The company I now work for, the owner is certified in bio hazard...
Why not hit it with rob's groutmaster, let is dwell and then spin it out, edge with a tool. final mop out when done?
Just thinking out loud.
That's what I would try.
It looks like you groomed it out from two different directions. The nap of the rug fiber should be groomed in the direction it normally lays flat. The light reflection is what is making it look shaded.
Re-wet the rug and extract it, then brush it out with the lay of nap. One way it stands...
While I can understand some not wanting to carry extra weight for water, I can attest to the fact when you run in the deep cold weather of Vermont having onboard water is almost a must for us.
I have ran steamway powermatics in the cold, (which need water supplied by hose) in the past and...
A high pressure reducing valve that can be set DOWN to the pressure you need at the tool is the way to make multiple pressure setups work with one pump. Todd is correct in his hydraulic theory.
Just need to be sure the pump has the GPM output required to make all tools run efficiently.
Hi, How old is this machine. (Meaning, how many hours are approximately on the machine)? If you are running around 25 feet of 1/4" pressure lead on the machine, which is what is comes with from the factory, the pressure drop should be around 25 psi.
No matter what pressure set you are at that...
Hi, there are a few things for you to check. First as said above, check to make sure the hot/cold ball valve to the left of the pressure regulator adjustment is set to the hot position. It would be 90* to the line it is installed on. That is the hot setting.
Second check that there is no...
There is a thread on here about alignment of the rotors that was done by Joe, I think that was his name. He did a complete rebuild on his blower and uploaded video's of the whole procedure. If I remember correctly the clearance was .006" rotor to wall and also between rotors. He showed the...
Butler used to make an electric inplant cleaning system. I think they still offer it. If you call and talk with them, they may be able to tell you what their specs are and you can duplicate that in your system.
@SRD you are right about a 5.8 blower not being made. But that is what butler calls their upgraded blower package. That is what I should have clarified in my post. The blower is actually a 47 blower. Just wanted to make that clear.
We run a butler with their 5.8 blower but no after blower heat exchange. We recently picked up a zipper with a 9 flow on it. Heat is 198* all the way thru the day. We run 3/8 pressure line to all the tools we run and to be perfectly honest our heat with the 3/8 hose improved!
Lie dector...
Butler has winterizing instructions in their owners/operator manual. If you follow those directions, and empty your fresh water tank if your not heating the box, you will be okay. Make sure to bring tools into a warm area also, if your not heating the box. RV antifreeze works the best. Sorry...
If you go to cat pumps site, find the friction loss hose chart. You will be very surprised at the amount of pressure loss in say 150 ft. of 1/4 versus 3/8 hose at say 500 psi. It is quite significant. In excess of 150 + psi loss at the point of the wand connection if my memory serves be...
Johnny, check your belt tension on the underhood side and also at the blower pulley drives. Sounds like maybe a belt might be slipping under load. Won't necessarily hear it because of the truckmount running. Also the pto drive clutch comment is good also if the belts are not slipping or worn...
