If you have had that account since 2002, then you have been doing a lot of things right and your customer will work with you
Maybe there is just a build up , residue from your pre spray over the years.
Since most presprays are alkaline a good acid rinse might help, along with a good flush and...
Also one of the things I have observed is that the motors after installation does not match the numbers specified
For example the 8.4. 13.8 amp does not get the 146.6 inches of lift
I do not yet have a CFM gauge so I can’t measure it
After placing two in parallel the lift should be the same but...
If one has two separate vac boxes with two vacs in parallel, would you get the series effect if you join the exhaust of one to the intake of another? It does seem logical but was wondering what setback (cons) I would face
Thanks for your response

It would if these vacs were of the same capacity or if the smaller vacs were at the end(exhaust) of the bigger vacs
But if they are all independently going into the waste tank , you will be wasting energy
At one time I was running six motors, with two 2stage in parallel, two three stage in series, and two 8.4s in parallel
I then realized that something was off
I tested an saw that on the weakest motors , I was sucking in air. The bigger motors were overpowering the weaker ones and it was having...
There is something interesting about boosters. The vacs in the system must all be of the same capacity or you will lose cfm and lift. If you have vacs of different capacity anywhere in the system the higher capacity vacs will suck in air from the smaller capacity vacs , thereby reducing the...
What will cause the waste tank to collapse, is it the lift or the cfm? I think if you raise the wand often enough you will prevent the collapse of the tank and also release the pressure in the tank for the APO to activate
Though it is true that at the end of working , by the time you walk back to shut everything down there is no water in the hose.
It is while working I find that it takes about ten to fifteen seconds for all the water to be cleared into the waste tank . This might not seem to be a lot of time...
I also think that using boosters at the entrance might increase cams but not lift.
Also the boosters must be as strong as what is on the trailer/van or what is on the van will overpower the boaster and suck air through the vac motors
If you can't feel air blowing against your hand when your...
Men being courteous here is not an exception but is expected . We are here to discuss different ideas without giving offense
So in that spirit , if the lift in a system will remain at the lift of the lowest vac motor, how then can one increase lift by adding a 5.7 vac to the back of an 8.4 ...
