I remember them back in the 80's more for the CC end of it.
Until now had almost forgotten about them.
You could have your prospective buyer to find out what % of their income is from franchise fees.
So, they are cold calling CC companies to sell their franchise opportunity.
If then if you feel I am a very angry man since Biden became president then how can I be a Liberal NitWit as you claim that I am? If I were a liberal then I should be jumping for joy as a result of the election.
They will probably give you a killer deal just take out an extra 3K to pay the delivery driver when they deliver after you pay the $ because of taxes, human rights fees and notification clarification. LOL Seller having brain surgery and cannot execute deal from hospital and will be 30 days recovery.
Assuming that the hose was not kinked you should be asking what caused it to collapse? If you need to rule things out then what I suggested should answer your questions. Good luck.
If you do what I suggested it will help you diagnose the problem. If you have constant pressure when the pump is engaged then it may be the clutch not the pump. When the seals go it's a pretty easy fix to replace them. I'm kind of leaning in the direction of the clutch.
Another way to check the...
Sorry I thought you had removed it. Getting old sucks LOL. You could turn switch off then hook up wand and see if you have pressure even though it reads zero psi. Normally when the switch is in the off position there will be no pressure.
Have you checked the clutch plate to see if it engages and...
I would think that even though you removed the clutch pump you now have a pump with no ability to shut it off. I believe when you turned off the switch the gage went to zero but you still pumping water.
Some of the older units that don't have a clutch pump will instruct you to set psi around...
My largest property manager has 400+ properties at least 90% are single family homes the rest are duplexes and a few 4 plex's. Empty, no price cap, you are the expert and the PM is willing to pay for your expertise. I'll take this one account over any Restaurant.
They normally have 8-15 cleaned...
Property Managers (no apts) and Relators. The lack of cash flow will be your worst enemy. You could do some Restaurants that will generate $ on a steady basis. Just remember the night work is only there to generate a cash flow until your business takes off. Sometimes you need to do the crap jobs...
100 an hour sounds good but I would think you should be concerned more about what amount do you get to keep. 40 hours @ 100 per hour = 4,000 and net 800 or 20 hours @ 100 per hour =2,000
net 1600 which sounds better.
the argument should be it's not how much you make it's how much you keep.
You will probably sell it but you will pressed to get 6k for it.
Not trying to discourage you but carpet cleaners are generally cheap. I think the problem you are going to have is trying to convince a potential buyer that the vans mileage is true without some documentation to back it up. You...
Sorry, you're right about the TM not having an hour meter. Have not seen a TM in 30+ years with out a hour meter. All of the maintenance is scheduled by the hours first then run time.
So you didn't answer my question about when you purchased the van & TM, would love to know?
Don't know of any state that will let a 16 year old enter any legal contract.
Insurance is a legal contract.
If your required to get a bond don't see any company issuing one.
I know that their medical records are at that time not disclosed to anyone unless the 16 year old signs off but if they...
Wow, 2,520 miles per year, that's only 210 per month and just 8 per day. In order to achieve those low numbers you would have to actually plan this when it was bought back in 1996.
So you bought it 3 years ago and the TM was already in it. The reason I'm saying this is that you mention the hour...
Used to use Twist "lock" but after a while they would lock up and it was a real pain to twist apart. Ended up lubing the rubber gasket which helped but would start locking up after a few more hours.
I have been using Flash Cuffs for 3+ years now, very good seal.
Vinyl cuffs were ok but what a...
You could call Hydra Master and see what they say?
Descaling will help with the heat. Try removing QD at machine to see if there is a build up inside the pipe. If the HXT is bad it will usually leak. Could also be a sensor, if your waste tank fills up fast then this will be your problem. You can...
Most TM's run about 1-2 gallons an hour when running. I think you would see more fuel usage from the van hauling around the weight of the machine vs a smaller unit. If you are hauling water that really adds up and uses up a lot of fuel.
Let's say this machine cost in fuel 6 hours of run time at...
When confronted with that question I like to ask" and what are you getting for that price Mrs. Smith"?
You would be amazed at the number of times I hear "I guess for the cleaning". Most people are unaware of what you offer vs the low price guys. I like to educate them on all I offer and have...
I would re-stretch where it needs and at the same time "down play" the shrinking and put her at ease that it can be fixed. I would use a good acidic rinse to soften the fibers up.
Stretch then topical application of acidic rinse (with pump up sprayer then groom in) and dry extract. use fans to...
Have you ever had one of your clients that even after you explained about HWE as to severe accidents have they asked for a referral of someone that has a TM?
Just wondering if they did and did it develop an awkward situation between you and them?
Like you said your clients have developed a...
Can you explain a little further about "not taking on jobs that VLM can't handle".
How did your regulars feel about TM vs VLM when you cleaned with the new method for the first time with them?
How do you handle pet accidents that need flushing or you have to get aggressive in your treatment?
I...
