I took a tour of hydramaster a few years ago and they have quite the operation. I like stanley steemers idea about just making your own if you can. Save sooo much money. But their footprint in the van was larger than other units.

That is really good advice. I do believe that the more of a foundation you have, the bigger you can build your house. Knowing your cost, having a good business and marketing plan is part of a good foundation. Eliminates waste in time and money.

BTW I have talked to Les Judson, great guy with good info about anything TM related. He said you dont have to cool down the heater before turning it off. When I first got my heater I was told I have to turn the propane off and allow the cold water to cool the coils. That was BS.

I have a 3ht. I moved my heater to the back of my van so I dont have to climb in the van and light it and to also keep the heat down in the van. I start my TM and turn the pump on. Then turn the propane on and then light it and go clean. You can light it without the pump on. The coils...
