Linen sofa (customer put a cover on his sofas) dye transferred

One of my repeat customers decided to put a pillow cover on his linen sofa, and the cover transferred pink dye, any recommendations on how to try to remove it? I told him will most likely be permanent, but I want to see if some of you guys had bumped in to this same situation?

    Grout Coloring

You need to clean it really well, also acid wash it to open the pores of the sanded grout, but don’t forget to neutralize it as well, than add the color to the grout line, it’s a really tedious work and you must charge accordingly.

    Velvet made of polyester.

Thank you Todd, like always helping out. The furniture store says only solvent base cleaning. And I told the customer that the only way is wetting it. How would you price this?

Everyone charges different, I charge what I think is fair, more for me than the customer. To do that job starting from set up time to finish will probably take me 4 hours to deliver the best cleaning and experience to the customer with cleaning the carport as well. So I will try to charge...

Mexican tile how will you approach this?

This is not Saltillo but is not ceramic, I know how to differentiate between each other, but it is a clay tile I tested the porosity of it and the absorption of it before, this can also be quarry tile which is clay but cooked in higher temperatures.

Mexican tile how will you approach this?

The final preparation is to rinse it well and neutralize it to prepare the seal applications, most important pre-vac all the small debris before application of the sealer by doing this you will not trap hairs under the sealer, you most walk on it with socks.
