IMO sometimes VLM urine treatment is the way to go. Not disturbing bacteria that lies beneath and no wicking, even with a water claw flush you may just bring up more problems. Cant beat the mist and walk away of a good USOR...
Here is my observation so far...
2 step pad capping is way slower IMO at least on residential compared to using HWE. And my HWE system cuts no corners,
Commercial glue down large square footage, encapping with just a pad or scrub microfiber with shower feed or mounted sprayer CAN be more...
Great, there is a couple urine spots so I'm wondering if I should just treat those with acid and flash them? And then maybe I'll just top down clean the face and backing? The urine could be trapped in the backing which could cause issues if I wash it in the pit.
Anyone run into issues washing a rug with a backing like this in the pit? Tag says
100% wool pile
20%cotton 80%wool. I'm assuming the cotton is in the backing somewhere
Get this! I was doing a wax job at a local church, I needed a plug in and happened upon a storage closet and there sat an older 13in swing machine! I emailed the church board and asked if they'd part with it and they agreed! Pretty cool story because I was eyeing some online and this one is...
Launched a new cleaning business the day our state went into lockdown.....2 weeks booked out and never looked back. Could have had another truck out there if I would of had someone else to run it. Grateful for the Lord providing
Seriously gotta look at Soap Free Procyon! The Powder Plus had been killing it for me mixed in tank at 16oz/5gal. Its detergent free but still cleans at a 9.5 and dried on the acidic side. Bottom line, extra cleaning punch with no residue and it actually is great for rinsing your prespray or...
Wondering about fringes, I've got a circle rug that ill be cleaning with longer fringes, if there is browning can a guy post treat with say oxy buff or a like chemistry to correct? What are your go to methods to get them to pop?
Just landed my first janitorial at the local car dealership. The flooring is mainly tile and grout, white gloss ceramic gray grout. What would be an efficient and effective way to clean it 3 nights a week? They own an auto scrubber with suction bar but I'm worried about it pushing dirty water...
Great input guys im browsing the market for another swing machine, I've got a 20in Clark right now but its so big for residential. I also have a 10in crb which has paid itself off many times over just in the savings over needing back surgery
Been thinking of switching to more VLM now the weather is darn near subzero. Whats your go to system? Thinking of getting a smaller 13in 175 with brush and bonnets?
Yeah I ran like that for a while when Procyon was my go to for prespray. I just don't like the idea of plain water performance wise Imo it always can benefit from an adjuvant to help the cleaning or rinsing efficacy. But your proof is in the pudding and if it fits your system and your getting...
No just in tank, prespray with either black label or ultrapac extreme. I have all fiber rinse powder mixed in another tank too so I can switch back and forth.
I have your light Rob, really love it! Question, I know sometimes the stains will glow even after neutralized, so how do we as cleaners know if the stains we are seeing with UV light are not just old stains? Moisture meter? Ol hands and knees smell test?
The open window sounds like a good idea, except when its 25 degrees outside hahaha do you ever clean with a portable negative air machine? Been thinking about adding one for the real cold winter days (in MN)
Is there such a thing? I noticed since I've purchased and use my door seal there's a massive pressure difference in the home while I have our air duct machine running....could it be coincidence that yesterday one of our clients called saying after we cleaned the ducts her water heater wasn't...
