    New IPS Pro Sprayer

This is the number that was given to me for repair issues: Sunbright Supply 301.519.9274 The person I spoke with told me the wand is too heavy for the thread. She said they have been repairing by adding the purple plumbing stuff and then screwing it into the wand which will solve the problem...

    New IPS Pro Sprayer

I have been using the New IPS Pro Sprayer for about a month. A little over a week ago, my sprayer would not shut off properly. You have to disconnect the battery to get it to shut off. I have been trying to contact the company, but it gives me an error message when submitting the email. I...

    IPS Pro Sprayer Issues!!

When the IPS Sprayer is working correctly, it is so convenient, I Love It. I am a low moisture cleaner and pre-spray every job, every sq ft. I stopped using the Rocket Sprayer that I had used for years when I purchased the IPS. The battery seems to be the only issue. I will definitely try...

Hey Rob, Do you have any recommendations for charging/storing these batteries? How long are yours lasting?

    IPS Pro Sprayer Issues!!

The last 2 months, that is exactly what I did. They got to the point where it would only hold a charge for a minute or less. I have been using a backpack sprayer the last few days, which is not so bad. Any thoughts on how to prevent the batteries from slowly dying?

    IPS Pro Sprayer Issues!!

FYI - the company has sent me two new batteries even though the six-month warranty was past. I am very grateful that they have done that. I just need to figure out a way to keep the batteries from running down.

    IPS Pro Sprayer Issues!!

I have invested $600 in two IPS Pro Sprayers in the last 12.5 months. I have purchased two sprayers new seals, etc. My first sprayer stopped spraying with any pressure after about 4 months. I purchased a new sprayer along with a new seal kit for the first one, thinking I could have a backup...

My first attempt in vlm ..

Hey Carlos....you need to vacuum first. I would definitely pre-spray. 1. Vacuum 2. Pre-spray 3. Scrub with brush or fiber pad. 4. Bonnet clean 5. Post vacuum. You will not need to do this on most CGD.

    Anyone selling a trinity???

Trinity Profit is a wheels off the ground machine with no spray system if I am not mistaken. Would not be good for commercial but great for residential.

If you had 5k to start over again

Orbot is an OP machine. Mytee has one. Trinity Renewal has several.

If you had 5k to start over again

I would go with an OP machine and CRB. If one piece of equipment OP!

    Encapping Area Rugs

Joel is a lot more educated than I am and would agree with him. I try to use both (usually softest brushes on wool). Sometimes I mist and pad only if lightly soiled. Use both if more soiled and add steam when needed.

    Encapping Area Rugs

I have cleaned hundreds of wool rugs with OP/CRB over the past 6 years. More recently I have added a vapor steamer. I tell the customer they smell and shed a lot before I start. They typically look really good when done. I have done fringe cleaning a handful of times but do not typically mess...

CRB or Hot Rod for pre spray agitation?

Which Brush would you use for a heavy duty carpet scrub and a good tile and grout scrub?

CRB or Hot Rod for pre spray agitation?

The 175 cleans tile and grout better than the CRB? Which brush are you using on the 175 for Tile and Grout? For Carpet? I may have to get one of each for my 175 and try it out!
