All Mytee Airhog 7300-S Users Read This

For all you Air Hog users it would be a good idea to open your hog and check and see the hose coming from the bottom of the waste tank barb and hooking into the vac manifold is not terribly crimped/crushed from the design of the Air Hog. I noticed the exhaust of the Air Hog seemed a little bit...

Notice near hose cuff the vac hose is crushed impeding air flow - this end connects to the bottom of the recovery tank. Read post below Sent from my SGH-T679 using TMF Forums mobile app

Hybrid Truck Mount Phase 2b Report

Added 2 8.4 vac motors. Now have 2 6.6 & 2 8.4 vac motors with about 340 cfm & 220" (tested this) of lif running off one 8000 watt gen with a pump and 1400 watts to spare. Haven't put the 8.4's into a finished enclosure yet. Sent from my SGH-T679 using TMF Forums mobile app

Anyone try this pre spray product?

I use it as a rinse and it does well. Neutral ph... Low on foaming. I wouldn't use it as a pre-spray. Sent from my SGH-T679 using TMF Forums mobile app

Leaving trade, selling equipment, 1st item is a cheap one...

Peter... It was a joke and a snipe at the IICRC as they have no credibility with the consumer who doesn't know anything about them and doesn't care. Sent from my SGH-T679 using TMF Forums mobile app

    Argosheen - Thanks Paul Brown!

After reading Paul's comments on argosheen I decided to order and try it. I sprayed some of it on my cgd in my office building for shits & giggles - diluted 10-1 then wiped with a damp towel - OMG - it literally cleaned it (at least cosmetically) as well as one of my TM's! I'm going to put...

Any opinion on the new Sandia Optimizer?

Interesting - maybe so - 2 20 amp circuits would work if it's 2 600 watt heaters - one on each cord - not much heat though - 2000 watts has a hard time keeping up even from a hot water source.

Any opinion on the new Sandia Optimizer?

If they didn't restrict the motor on the heater side it would an interesting magic trick - the heater with cold water to start will crank up to it's full 2000 watts briefly and back down to about 1500 or so watts when the temperature rises - the motor runs about 1580 watts in a series config...

Any opinion on the new Sandia Optimizer?

I'm guessing Sandia has restricted the power the 6.6 on the heater cord can draw to allow the 2000 watt heater to not blow breakers. You are probably only getting about 150 cfm (in series) & 165" of lift vs 215" & 170 cfm. Just a guess but I'm sure they crippled the heater side 6.6 to pull...

    POLL: Encap or HWE ?

My only point was - going by the before pics - the carpet was 5th gen - in relatively good shape - moderately soiled - Usually the right pre-spray - high heat wand rinse will not only work very well but will be faster in both production and dry time.

Any opinion on the new Sandia Optimizer?

The 1.5" hose barb is an issue - also they have a model that includes a 2000 watt heater + the 6.6 motors on 2 cords which is strange considering that's about 5300 watts - I would look elsewhere.
