Would you like me to screen shot all of YOUR conversation with Melissa about your filter pictured, I can do that if you like, you see this is why we do things by email and text.
For this exact reason right here
Thank you

LET ME BE REAL CLEAR HERE FOR EVERYONE,
This above is all true is there anything that I said that was WRONG? NOPE....What YOU all have to UNDERSTAND IS TONY HAS A EXACT REPLICA PMF TI IN HIS SHOP. He was going to knock it off, this is me trying to talk him out of it. He was asking me if...
Wow,
keep it up Tony K, I understand prototypes, I like the idea of mounting like you have on top of the generator. makes for a small footprint in the van.
As for the heat yes you are going to get some hot water if you are placing heater cores in front of the gen exhaust, you need to make a...
Very Nice @amtexequipment
I have a idea in the last pic I love the rack, the diesel fuel tank, Ben is it possible to place it on the left in the corner that is dead space...Between the hose reel and wall, if flipped the fill cap would be at the back right by the door, that corner is dead and if...
Here is the videos from @gtech12v posted Now this was befor he plumbed it with proper hose but you will get the idea, I'm sure it was even better after he hooked it up with out using vacuum hose.
I am only making the suggestion for diesel muffler.......if you are going to use this type (auto) to try and lower blower noise.
What really needs to be used is a true PD Blower silencer...they cost $500-1000.00 depending on what you get.
The problem with auto is the blowers sound will just...
Johnny Bravo, I would look into a stock diesel muffler one with a 3" inlet and outlet, they are big but you need to look at one designed to be stock, almost all aftermarket mufflers are made to produce a hot rod tone, none of these are going to be very good, they are to thin and a blower will...
I would suggest running it open for now, as you gain experience with your TM you will be able to CUT BACK on the water releasing ball valves, and start getting hotter water.
I would play it safe till you get used to it, and you can get a better judgement of what time you need to keep it in...
You don't need much to keep water from getting to hot, In my prochem it has a very small device (cant think of the name of it right now) but the hole in it is about the size of a sewing needle, this allows water to circulate through the dema valve, when it reaches a curtain temp it will open the...
Nick would be the best to ask about this as he is the one that put it together, a temp gauge doesn't mean it will bypass, there is a certain temp gauge that can be set to activate a Dema valve this dema is a diverter and when combined with a this water temp gauge it will work.
The above video...
How did the Sebo do, I was just talking with Jerry V last night and he said the Sebo are okay, not as HD but he has been using it for a year now with no problems. They seem kinda light weight?
All I can say is Ben is one in a million kind of guy, @amtexequipment customer service is really pretty amazing. I can tell you with out a doubt my Pro Chem has had issues....I was able to fix them on my own, and I only did it on my own because it was faster than dealing with the trip /...
There are Distributors all OVER the US with full time mechanics employed at them....what do you think they are there for....they are there working on all TOP BRAND NAMED TM's.
Why do Top Brand TM's cost so much? I believe these companies calculate into there price tag from the get go some form...
Any TM is a complex piece of equipment no mater HOW simple they are designed. There is still a lot that goes into them.
Problems will still surface, some is design, but I honestly think it has a lot to do with the owner/operator that is using the machine. No matter how well something is built...
I maybe incorrect but I think even TM drop pressure when a wand is triggered, it also has to do with jet size and what the pump can actually pump. You may have a 100, 500 psi pump but that maybe a spike of pressure, what is the pump flow rate? If your jets are to big your pump is going to have a...
It is a 20 k a month contract but what is the profit margin, I don't mean to be negative, and you are probably telling the truth if you lost them you would have to go get a real job.
These types of accounts can be just as harmful as they are good, I speak from experience, because I landed some...
Yeah Yeah, I can see you now sitting in your chair and just tossing your trash over your shoulder, the only thing is your trash can was to your left the WHOLE TIME.
Well I dropped off the power wand at the shop today, not sure how fast it will get done, but I am pretty excited to see if a new 2" wye connector and a 2" tube will make it flow some serious air, my guess it is going to do pretty good.
I think the dual head really works good on the nasty...
