I have a 2015 e350 with a cds it averages about 9 to 10 miles per gallon with machine and driving. Yours prob has the 5.4 triton in it, hopefully you wont have the same coil pack prob ive had im on my 5th set with about 80k on the odometer

Youll notice a substantial difference in vac, i had a peak i installed a 3rd heat exchanger on, installed a kunkle valve, and raised the rpms to engine manufacturers specs (think it raised it 4 or 500 rpms) flat woke that machine up, wasnt the same machine after that
