    New Equipment Purchase

The Orbot Vibe is sold through dealers like outspends and little to no sales come from corporate anymore. The fit, finish and durability can’t be beat. It’s also more maneuverable, easier to use and has removable weights for ease of transport and work on variable fibers and floor types. Buy...

On average, how many sq ft can you clean per hour?

The new TMF Profire and Starfire Truckmounts! (Vids included)

Unless it’s a greasy spoon restaurant I use an Orbot Vibe or Life machine. Nothing delivers better cleaning results, appearance retention and shear amount sq foot coverage. Encap is king of CGD. HWE is king of residential. Now if you only want to HWE, a Bonzer, Zipper or If you are referencing...

    Trump to step down!

Still doesn't change the fact that Biden's deal has the "smell of corruption". This is going to be a interesting week for Left News channels as a rolling distraction from the upcoming DOJ reports. Left just hate's it when they get punched back. Have to admit, DT has been great not only for our...

    Hard surface HELP

I would buy a good stripper designed to remove urethane coatings, and pray as much as you can. Topical coating in brick is a nightmare. From the difficulty you are having with the "wax" my guess is that you have a poly based topcoat on that. Only three ways I know to attack that. 1st tape the...

    Trump to step down!

Someone help me out here. So the dems are trying to impeach a president for trying to expose a crime, and then elect the person who committed the crime? Then can't figure out why common sense lay folk won't get on board?

    Hard surface HELP

You have a sealer on that floor. You have semi stripped it. Those jobs are tough. They must be stripped, cleaned and sealed.

The new TMF Profire and Starfire Truckmounts! (Vids included)

Perhaps I can help. We keep rotaries on each truck and I teach my guys to use them only downstairs on the high traffic patterns. Then wand everything else in. Most dirt is tracked in to the lower floor, pivot points and major traffic patterns. A rotary is overkill everywhere else imo.

    Grout master

It will if it’s haze from previous cleanings. It will not if it’s an epoxy haze. Do you know if it’s concrete or epoxy grout? Also do you know what type floor it is? Man made or natural stone? Do you have pics?

This is a well known East Coast truck mount mechanic who was grinding a bolt off. Ended up grinding part of his finger off too.

Spencer this really shows how much heat we lose over 50-300' of solution lines. Ambient temps have a much greater effect than most realize until we use a courtesy hose that is only inches away from the heat exchangers.

This guy his "courtesy hose" got away from him and went across his face. In a split second he got this. Maybe they should call it the "not so courteous hose".

Also watch out for water extractions. This cleaner showed up to what he thought was a washer over flow in a basement but ended up being a toilet back up. He had a cut on his foot and it got infected from CAT 3 water and he got 2 bacterial infections that cost him half a toe and part of his foot.

Watch out for spiders when attaching water hoses. Presumably this what happened to this cleaner. Brown Recluse spiders can make the skin molecules explode and leave nasty holes in your skin. Being a pest control applicator I personally like spiders as they are natures natural insecticide as they...

    Carpet cleaners before glides

Dear fellow carpet cleaners, remember I chose the picture for anecdotal reasons not literalism. :D
