    What would you do???

You said you were there for six hours and the carpets were dry when you left. She won't answer your call or return them. She also called someone else before even speaking to you? Something smells moldy and it aint the carpet. I suspect she is one of those people that just have to have...

    Nicotine! And some urine

So today my neighbor catches my wife outside and wants some advice on removing the numerous accidents his dog left on the off white carpet in the master while they slept last night. Yes he stepped in it and smeared it all over. She tells me, so I poured a cup of coffee and moseyed on down there...

Free Tile Master & Grout Brush *Photo Contest* Oct 2013

This is in a restaurant that we clean. I was cleaning the carpets this day and did a "test section" on the tile and grout in the kitchen. The black is grease that has almost filled the grout lines. I used Unitex Surface Renew and a tile and grout wand at about 1000 psi.

    TMF B4 & After Winners!!

Came home today and found a tall skinny box that wasn't there when I left. Thanks TMF! Opened it up and found a shiny 14" 4 jet wand inside! YeeHaw!! Can't wait to try it out tomorrow or Monday.

Just found this pic - which one of you did this?

Came acrossed this pic this morning. Note the cuff and hose. Hmmm? A really tall porty? Puts the APO hose inside? Or a carpet cleaner preparing for a drunk fest and doesn't want to miss?

Anyone from Alaska here and will be around for a conversation on the 29th or 30th of September?

If you saw it you would understand. I'm surprised anyone in Hyder has enough carpet to justify going there. Even from Terrace that's a pretty good run. Beautiful trip though. Watch out for bears in the road!

Anyone from Alaska here and will be around for a conversation on the 29th or 30th of September?

Hyder! Haven't heard of anyone going there in years. We rode our motorcycles up there a couple of times. Once we left them in Stewert with some friends at the time and caught the mail plane out for Prince of Wales. Beautiful area. I want to take my wife and step son up when the bears are at...

    kholer command

We had one fail at 4400 hours. No signs or warnings. Shut down on Friday afternoon and all seemed fine. Fired it up on Monday and it gutted itself into the oil pan. The replacement motor has gone well past that in hours though and I know of others that have gone 9000 hours and were still fine...

Johnny is correct. A relative of mine hit one in Eastern Wash. She didn't buy the farm but she did buy the cow and a new car. She didn't get to keep the cow either!

Leaving on a road trip/crazy flight trip and want to meet as many TMF'ers as possible. Anyone game?

Hey Anthony. I'm in Tacoma, Wa. You will pass through here about an hour before Seattle. I would be glad to meet up if you have time. I would also recommend you stop at Mt. Rainier national park if you can. . You will be close. P.M. me and we can set it up.

    Reds gone. Irons still there.

The wall paper steamers are great. Just watch the spot where the steam exits the hose. The steam can potentially remove the dye from the carpet. You may want to put a folded towel over the carpet at that point.

    Reds gone. Irons still there.

I have seen many times where iron marks are all over. Really? You didn't figure this out the first couple of times. Duh!

    OSR

Pretty much follow the directions. Don't mix it to hot or you will have a mess on your hands. It may need a little longer dwell time than stated on the bottle. Great products. My personal favorite is the OSR put out by Magic Wand Co.

    My carpet of the day

Not really bad but it was kinda fun. Used Grease Eater spiked with 4oz. Nitro. Extracted with Magic Powder. Agitated with an Orbot and a red pad. Removed 5 red dye stains and one unknown yellow stain. Job took one hour start to finish for 3 rooms and a hall on the second floor The second pic...

    Oreck Orbiter

The Orbitor is a great little tool. The orange brush is actually for concrete and such. The green brush works quite well on grout and the black brush was designed for carpet. I wouldn't pre scrub an entire house with it as it would tke to long. However traffic patterns in front of the sofa...

T They are more commonly referred to as the Tennessee Skunk Ape. Very elusive and some would say they don't exist. Kind of like the Sasquatch we have here in my neck of the woods. The attached pic shows one prior to captivity where they typically lose most of they're hair
