    Makes sense. Just any Neutral cleaner or tile specific? One more question, how does one identify the types of tile or hard surface they may encounter. Then one more question, why not a floor finish on ceramic?

    I did an estimate today for an older couple that live out in a rural area on a gravel road. The problem we're having is static electricity and then think it's coming from the dust in the carpet, they vacuum regularly and the carpet looks almost brand-new even though it's about 10 years old...

    I already asked them, they said there is not set rate for any of the cleaning services, it's on a per store basis. They only have set rates for electricians, plumbers, etc.
