ROB, you should know better than this..... you could clean carpet once twice thrice...or 64 times and still get dirty water in your waste tank...its hard to explain that to the customer but your going to have to try, if you clean again your wasting time.
I use a urine stain remover from powerclean, I dont know if they sell it in the US but it has been a miracle worker for urine (also not sure what % it is)

depending on the carpet fibre there are a few choices.
have you checked with the client to see if it was just cleaned with a wand or a water claw?
And personally I have found that peroxide is a miracle cure for stubborn urine stains.

stay away from chemtex and white magic.

Alan, any truckmount sent to Australia is cheaper than whats on the shelf here, and unfortunately we have no companies that provide custom builds.
a prochem peak here goes for about 40k and a spitfire 3.2 goes for about 30k.
