I wouldnt worry about on board water tank right now, set up a live reel with 100ft of air compressor hose swap out the fittings for garden hose and just connect on your residential jobs.
I would look into encap for residential and shoot for the nicer end of town with good branding

Branding is huge. If you have 2 wrapped trucks they are seen so often driving around everyday people will think theres 10 of them.
We have everything branded and still working on more. Wrapping wands, crbs, sprayers etc all goes a long way
Depends on the customer. Typically retired older people wow at the equipment and process.
Most customers with big money are not unfriendly but they want the job done and dont want to hear u talk their ear off about the science of carpet cleaning and your 100 step process.
