I’m always amazed how when I’m down south the restaurants seem to clean there carpets at least every two three months. Stripping LOTS of layers

When your talking finishes in access of 20+ coats it’s far to expensive to use pads. For $275 (Canadian) you’ll pay for it in one job.

Is the janitorial business even worth it?

Hence it’s better to look for RFPs than it is for tenders. Tenders are usually just lowest bidder where RFPs are based on a point system where price is usually no more than 20% of the point system.

Is the janitorial business even worth it?

Most janitorial contracts are non-transferable. So your value on selling a janitorial company is more about profit than contracts.

Is the janitorial business even worth it?

Your vale to anyone is Only as high as you hold it. If your concern when bidding anything is getting it based on price pack your shit up and go get any hourly job. You don’t want any job you’ve been hired to do because they chose you on your price. Half of any inspection with a customer is...

    Hi, I am Rob Allen

I was 13 years old when working for a student work program that was just basically a day labour job. I was hired by a guy who took me to his “summer home” on a lake to dig flower beds. The house was larger than the school I sometimes attended. He could see the size of my eyes when he drove into...

    Liquor Store Carpet Cleaning

This is where I’m glad I sell matting. I’d tell them it would be cheaper to replace the matting as apposed to cleaning it. That style of matting is damn near impossible to clean at a reasonable price as compared to replacing it. It’s not a silk rug. They run about $5.50 per sq’.

Up date on the carrying bag. Got it and it’s made like garbage. Yes it holds lots but the handles don’t support the weight and when you pick it up they rip right off. Don’t waste the money.

    I'm stunned. Not joking.

If there complaining about your price up front and give you the job anyway your in for a heap of issues. They will already resent paying you to much. (In there opinion)

Carpet Cleaners that look like Hell

What your saying is very true. I’ve always wondered when I’ve looked into other carpet cleaners vans how in the hell are you cleaning carpets when the van looks like that. Right down to the vac hose and pressure hose being dirty and old looking. I understand that a van can get messy while...
