Makes you wonder with gas TM guys I know when I started with $1,000 a month payment was a big motivator to get work lol
I know that has to be a part of the equation toward why guys get their business up and going so quick and why are there so many 1 year and out operators
don't believe you!!!!!
no one does $500 jobs!!!!
You have to do 6/7 Holmes to make that!!!! three rooms for $40!!!
With a extreme gas TM!!!!
Extreme Sarcasm intended
You can the Bentley or you can be kia
It's totally up to you [emoji4]
This is a slow time February is a rough month for most cleaners and March can start slow
But my April you're normally watching yourself come and go so maybe try to stick it
Sorry you had a rough go. I wish you would have asked for more help there's a lot of us they're willing to...
What I would suggest is making two of the vacuum motors in parallel
Yes you will lose lift
But you gain an extreme amount of cfm's
This board is full of people that love lift
But the fact is cfm's are critical at maintaining lift over a long run
For example and air conditioning recovery pump...
The major reason the Jag is able to run such long runs is not because of its lift 10hg
The reason is It has more than cfm's 280
My suggestion is to reconfigure your vacuum motors to have 2 in parallel and one followed in series through a y
This will put you somewhere around 16 in of lift with...
Yep you're right
Those motors are all very closely matched
I've been trying to say this for quite some time but no one likes to listen
one may be a little better here or a little better there but neither take the win
If you can't find freezer cans just buy some canned air in tip it upside down yes I'm serious it works fine it'll make the gum brittle so you can break it out
you can always go to solvent route and dissolve it but that can get messy if you have a lot of gum to deal with
Another route is stupid...
Yes compared to lg2 it takes a lot longer to light
It just makes sense the fuel has a longer path to travel down that large hose but once the pilot is lit it seems to stay lit I have yet to have it blow out
I found that 400 to 600 to be the golden zone make sure that you're getting it set properly so you're not soaking the carpet
the pump that is in the water hog is an excellent unit that will hold up well to the rigors of carpet cleaning
Well five years ago I was that mouthy guy that was gas all the way no way other than gas to do it.
Then I started to research
Then I did math
And then I tried it
And I found out that I was wrong!!! and my viewpoint has changed
there is nothing wrong with having different setups for different...
So just imagine if you have downtime between jobs you either have to trust a space heater in your truck
or drain your water box in completely winterize everything with antifreeze or drain it dry between jobs
sometimes you can take the truck home and pull it into the heated garage but heated...
It is right now 39 now and feels like a heatwave
Half the year outside is trying to kill me!
The other half I'm doing all my work and don't get to enjoy any of the outside that's not trying to kill me!
It is so hard to explain just how rough it is to keep carpet cleaning alive here
