This weekend officially begins the Christmas Holiday and the end of the past years and beginning of a new, fresh start. We will be hosting our very important Company party in celebration of moving into (my) 47 years in this Industry and Cross-Americans' 42 years manufacturing HWE equipment...
I wish JRH would get things straight before he embarrasses himself, once again, with stating the wrong facts when he stated: ".....jim morrow who claims to have developed the jaguar "
Jim Morrow did not develop the JAGUAR 8.4 and he would be the first to tell you so if and when he reads JRH...
How many hours do you have on your JAGUAR 8.4 ETM now? Just curious.
You are correct about those motors however. They are terrific especially the way they are designed vented on inlet air, and less resistence on inlet vacuum, as you are aware of and mentioned on many occasions.
I agree, Jeff is a great gentleman and a very good businessman too.
Among many other individuals selected above , Scott W is very deserving IMHO. Jim Morrow & Johnny Bravo have been around for a long time and always cuts to the chase. Both these individuals always help to solve...
All great choices above Gentlemen.
And, I do appreciate my name being mentioned, however, IMHO, I do not believe that Suppliers and especially ,Manufacturers should not qualify for very good reasons because these boards are about--YOU-- the professional cleaner.
Remember, I was just like...
Yes you can use hot water in the solution tank either direct feed or, on automatic. Limit it to 160 degrees f. Even though the pump is rated at 170-180.
A lot of operator's use an inline gas fired heater be it propane or fuel oil.
Btw, where are you located?
The with of the wand nozzle depends upon what performance your machine has, and/or your preference.
First, our machines had a lot of power/performance so that was never a problem however, Way back when, I had a 16" wand, a 12" wand, and a 10" wand. My preference was the 12" wand nozzle because...
Great comment, Royce. And, very true, although he will spew that "he really has" (!!) Irregardless, IMHO, these boards are not the place to continue to criticize over and over again, others who are trying to help because once you strip all the gold , all you'll have left will be rocks and dirt...
I understand you questioned whether the JAGUAR 8.4 ETM would work with either a Bonzer, or the Zipper, however, this video may help even tho it is attached to a revolving floor tool instead. Just shows the performance, thats all:
Therefore, IMHO, choose which ever of those two you would prefer!
I agree what was stated above by Mrotto: ".....its a personal preference. "
Either floor tool will work with your JAGUAR 8.4 ETM, period. That particular system is not your typical,....."portable".
Hope this helps
Terrific to see your name and comment! Been a long time. How is your wonderful Mom and Dad doing these days? Do they still have that RECOIL machine?
You are one the the best young man!!!
it should work, however, I do see some inherit problems that would require much refinement. Not putting his efforts down by any means however, it should be noted that this is older technology. I for one, remember using some of those parts in the 70's. This verifies how far we have come in this...
Good comments above.
Also to consider and often overlooked: PSI gauges with glycerine filling. If the glycerine becomes too thick on start up, the tendency is to break the needle or internal spring tension.
