Are you running a meeting? ;) I thought this was a form of social media? Ever set around the table with a bunch of guys and the topic goes from pretty girls to hunting? I hear you though. I think we got the world's problems partially solved. ;)
I have no reason to disagree with you with your statement, we just can't make it a blanket statement then, as you implied in your original post, since you say it can vary state to state. That can be misleading.
Yes, I suppose you could. For me, I did it on day one before I opened for business. Kind of like not having insurance. Who's to say someone's not going to fall over my suction hose, break a hip and sue me? Can happen on the first day, just as well as 5 years later.
Can't do that yet. See below.
(A red "X" simply means someone disagrees. It does not mean one will get in trouble with their parents or have detention). ;)
LLC Meeting Requirements
Although there is no statutory requirement for LLCs to hold meetings, it may be required by the LLC’s...
Sorry. Watching TV and I was on my phone and wanted to make it simple at the time, and now dammit, now I have to go to my laptop to reply. (Phone is like hunting and pecking and Tap-a-talk is about as bad). I was intending to comment later. An LLC, of which is my business does not require a...
Has anyone offered to help him set up his variable and fixed costs to see how many jobs he'll need to make his business fly much less make a profit? Maybe it's a path he really won't want to go down. Better to know now, than later. (I know, sorry to rain on the parade!) :(
I'm really a bad offender, been poking along for almost 3 years, but around the first of the year took worked at collecting my 2014 data and decided to re
Mine is the coupon queen also. She knows how to stretch a dollar far further that I ever could. She pulled us through teenage boys and...
Overheard my wife talking with another woman about an ingredient used in a lot of casseroles and that's a can of mushroom soup. For quite a spell, both women could buy it for under a buck on sale. A single can has taken almost an overnight jump up to $1.39. The under a buck is a thing of the...
Not sure what Todd's normal rates are, but I assume it's a deep discount. IMO, he just needs to make sure he's accounting for the loss. The thing I hate about a deep discount is that it's the marketing guru's that are no longer in the business that endorse them. Hmmmmmm. Just say 'in....
Wow. The worst thing I guess is waiting 8 years. I think it's going to be a hard sell, as you have them conditioned. Ever notice what groceries and everything else you've bought has done in the last 8 years?
It would seem to me that doing an example such as the $99 deal is going to increase your variable costs. I just finished doing my varisble and fixed costs for the first time. Now I know why everything is soooo expensive in the stores and why prices keep increasing. The cost to produce a service...
For a business still in it's first 5 years, what would you consider good yearly growth in gross revenue's? Obviously too much might be unmanageable and too little isn't good either. What are your thoughts?
Wife is sitting in the next room on a laptop capable of answering darned near anything she would ask of the web. Nope, got to come into the room, demand that I turn the channel so she can find out the score of the game. Drives me nuts she doesn't think she's got the world at her fingertips!
Disagree what? I could not use my Hydroforce sprayer with it if it only puts out 150 PSI for solution pressure, correct? Hydro sprayers a calibrated at 350 PSI. I wonder if that smaller pump isn't automatic pump out. Maybe it's 500 PSI solution.
Separate pumps for solution & prespray???? My CrossAmerican has a 800 PSI and both run off the same pump and I turn the PSI down of course. I don't think the Namco is a beast from the spec's given.
Glass Gleam, never heard of it. One thing is for certain, I'll stop using Windex. The RO water is available on-site and doesn't leave streaks, or leave milky deposits when using a squeegee. I guess I'll continue to use it.
I have a nightly janitorial contract that I do. I like the shine Windex puts on windows, but I've had an weird problem with it. For instance on a glass door it will look fine for about the first 10 uses, then if a drip is left behind it will look milky in appearance or other words like crap. My...
Ed, before you spend your hard earned cash on what looks like a glorified $29.95 filter and housing you can by at Home Depot, make a call to a water softening company and ask them what they think of the filter. They work with this stuff everyday. Might save yourself $200 or so if it's voodooism...
I know you're not asking me, but I think there was a whole thread about these earlier last year when someone wanted to believe they produced soft water. I just took a quick glance, but didn't see where they make that claim - and wisely so.
I agree. But what I'm wondering about is the absence of any mechanical devices on top of the original poster's tank. How does he go about recharging the unit?
I just had a softener customer built this past summer for my van. It was about $700 and is about the same size. I was told it will do about 1400 gallons before needing to be recharged. I know they sell units like yours on Ebay for a reasonable price, but they seem to be missing a salt tank and...
