I digress because they can simply just go to another company that offers to pay the IICRC class it should be a breeze to pass if they already got certified it's not like the technician is actually dishing out their own money it's the company is paying for it

Reason I ask is because I worked for a company where they charged $65 for a 2 bedroom apartment. I felt that nobody makes money that way. But that's the way I was taught and wanted to get out of that knowledge where it wasn't a good deal or thorough clean.

The reason for that is I've done that route to end up cleaning a 25x20 room that also had 15x10 then you would quote the price and have to stick around that price range. Versus not even knowing what your walking into as far as soils and pet and protection.
