And at owners manual, its said #3 (top one)orifice is 0.033 inch screw. #2 (low one) orifice is 0.061 inch screw., so , is this mean top one should be the small hole one?

i cleaned those filters often.

i am not sure how old with mine, but i think its over 12 years . the filter screens is outside of the machine.see attached. and it was said top one should be small.

and no holes been clogged .

i mean , top one with big hole, low one with small hole.

things like getting strange, just check both of them, but they mixed them up, (this is original set up, never touch them before from brand new machine). mine top one is small hole, low one is a bigger hole. This is so weird, maybe that is why?

(When it drops from 400 to 350 were you triggering your wand? ) answer is yes, do you think water touching the boiling temperature? temperature meter said only 160 degree. and how do i check orifices and make sure one of them isn't clogged. ?? thank you. and i just did a descaling few days ago.

if i kept the solution out, pressure will keep 350 psi and very stable, this situation only happened after i started solution out within 3-5 seconds

and this is the water box same time.

everything going great until today, same issue happened, setting psi to 400, start solution out. drop psi to 350. but you can see, pressure very not stable, after about 3 seconds, pressure keep vibrate, keep solution out ,and after 10 seconds, pressure back to normal ( 350psi keep solution out)

After changed it, everything working great, thank you Randy and take care.
