The what is this...that looks like a thermostatic valve. I bet if you take that cap off there is a spring in there.

I purchased a new Bentley from Cobb. On the first job it was really nice. It moved over standard nylon carpet with out any problems. The flow valve is going to take some getting used to to figure out where to put it. There are numbers on it but they did not really seem to correlate to anything...
also important to remember dB are logarithmic and Experimentally it was found that a 10 dB increase in sound level corresponds approximately to a perceived doubling of loudness.
if you want non detergent oil try Aeroshell Oil W80 Straight Mineral Oil. W80 is 40SAE and W100 is 50SAE It is an aviation oil but you should be able to get it at oil distributor. you can always take a ride out to almost any airport and pick up a quart or two. It is what we use to break in...

First pic is before and second pic is where the paint stripped off. I used tile master hot water and cimex with beige pad. You can see all the missing paint. Luckily the area was under a may normally so manager was not concerned

I cleaned a patio that was painted and tilemaster proved to be to much. When I scrubbed it started rolling into little balls. Has to use a neutral cleaner. I think had the paint not been there Tilemaster would have been great.

I used my truck mount to provide the suction, a cimex for the scrubbing. I bet a pad driver and the rotovac would work but I like my cimex because it's heavy. I'm not sure on your tile wand but I have a turbo force tile wand and it work very well. I would hesitate to use the spinner. I have only...
