Hi. Do you have any idea how the waste tank full cut off works on my Ace Chemspec. Mine has stopped working. The float switch is good as it activates a full indicator light on front of machine but does not cut machine off when tank is full. It used to work OK.

I am struggling to find a company ship me one to UK. Any ideas?

My Chemspec Ace Truck mount dumps water when I set to the higher temp of 240. When set on 180 everything is ok. I'm guessing the problem is the sensor. Where is it? There seems to be a few sensors on the exchangers but I have no idea which one it is. Can anyone help?

Machine runs great on 180 but when set to 240 it cools down by dumping water. Is it the nason 230 switch or somehing else?

Hi Todd. How are you? I wonered if i could pick your brains. My chemspec truckmount runs great when set to 180. When on 240 the water temp drops. It dumps water. Is the problem the nason switch that needs replacing?

That' what I used to do. I had a steam genie truck mount with a propane heater. When I cleaned upholstery I never used the propane heater. I used an Ashbys steam mate electric inline heater. I run my hoses in to the property and connected to inline heater then a small pressure hose from that...

Don't forget to collect emails and phone numbers and re market your existing customers every 3 to 6 months. Its expensive to gain customers....so do a great job and then follow up on every customer. I also leave my customers plenty of cards to pass on to their friends and family.

no air leaks meter block is ok lines are ok fittings are ok I will check flow direction. I just swapped the valve and put it back as old one was...so guessing it should be correct?

Just fitted a new 3 way valve... like for like. I have fitted new valve exactly same as it was before with old valve. Now I can NOT get chemical system to prime ... even when using vac hose. Any ideas guys???

When out working today the machine developed a small leak from the small hole in the circular black rubber on top of the vacuum gauge. What is causing this?

Just need to check something. When choosing 180 I assume the switch is pushed upwards and Down for 240. Is it currently set to 180 in picture?

Thanks Todd. It defiantly is only dumping water when set to 240. When on 180 I get good heat. It goes over then settles back to 180. If switched to 240 it drops to 140 and doesn't really climb back up.

When running today I noticed when heat switch is set to 180 it runs at 180. When switch set to 240 the temp drops. Does this mean 230 sensor is bad?

I am changing blower oil on my machine. Where do I pour in new oil? How much oil do these blowers take?How do I know when it's full?
