I didn't think this call would take so long

I don't do any of those. If it's a large complex job I'll set up a time to take a look. If it's straight forward carpet cleaning our prices are spot on. Ask the right questions, get to the point, and close the job.

    Code Blue

They suck. You will work for cut rate prices and then they will try to work you over from there. They don't understand the drying process. If it's they only way you can get work you have nothing to lose. Most adjusters don't like them. It's a pain in their ass and they don't save any money

    360i vs t-Rex

With tools like a cimex, crb and a zipper using a rotary on large commercial jobs is pointless

    Christmas tree mold

The spores inner making is mycotoxin. It doesn't "release" like a skunk. Viable "live" spores can reproduce. Non viable "dead" spores can't but can still cause the same reaction. Some people will have an allergic reaction if it is concentrated enough.

    Christmas tree mold

Spores don't "release" toxins. Spores are made of a cell wall. In that cell wall is mycotoxins. There is no "killing" mold. There is viable and non viable in either case the mycotoxin remains. Correct, if you disturb mold you can release spores into the air. The reason it does that is just...

This would also be best done by someone with an actual rug plant. My guess is it's in the backing or down to it

    Christmas tree mold

Anything porous like a wool rug would technically need to be tossed. The only difference between anti microbrial and hydrogen peroxide is that the hydrogen peroxide might get rid of the stain. Mold and mildew stains are tough to get off anything
