George, knowing how gross daycares can get would you bonnet clean them? I usually pass because they usually won’t pay my price to HWE them but I could make it be worth doing with a Cimex scrub and bonnet extract just don’t know if it would be safe for babies crawling around

Yeah i think I’m just gonna encap/ bonnet clean it. The staples rusting crossed my mind too but I clean a lot of stairs and dont think twice so why should this be any different. I’m gonna spin some Bonnetpro Ironman 13” bonnets under a car buffer after a red pad scrub.

Some carpet is so thin putting a pad under it makes it look weird and throws off the aesthetics. These people will just replace it. A pad acts as a barrier and no I don’t overwet the carpet into the pad but I’m a bit hesitant to clean it with HWE given how thin the carpet is.

It’s carpet the customer had cut and binded into treads that aren’t over the nose or risers on finished stairs.

The carpet is stapled down like a runner except it’s just treads not an actual runner.

Is cleaning residential carpet stair treads without padding underneath a low moisture affair only? It’s a low cut Berber carpet. I’m thinking steam cleaning might be risky on hard wood stair’s because there’s isn’t any pad? What say you?

-20 windshield fluid is the most economical and never fails.

I’d never purposely run a pump dry…… did your manual advise this? I know there are run dry pumps out there but I just dont like air in the system because it can cause issues.

I’d move that heater closer to the machine on colder windy days also.

That space heater will probably work with those temperatures that arent too cold. As long as you monitor it and it don’t lose power. Pick yourself up some -20 degree windshield wiper fluid and fill your water box up with it and purge all the water from your system with it. You want it through...
