I am loath to turn down work, but I stopped doing anything with them. Every single transaction somehow involved me getting gypped: having to harass them repeatedly to get paid, and then underpaid (ie less than the agreed-upon amount) and very late (more than a year late sometimes)!
Thanks to all for responses! To clarify, this is for my own driveway back at the shop, not the customer’s driveway. After years of bending down and picking up filter garbage off the drivewayI figure there’s got to be a better way. I will try SRD’s suggestion.
Here’s a long shot: Anyone ever purchase or construct some kind of filter basket cleaning station? The idea is to utilize an outdoor workstation near the driveway and quickly and conveniently remove pet hair etc. from the vacuum filter baskets. I would like to clean the truckmount vacuum...
I powerwash a few restauraumt dumpster platforms. I need to recapture the water.
I tried sucking up the sludge and water into my truckmount. What an awful, smelly mess. What alternatives are there? Should I get a portable flood pumper?
Specifically, I’m wondering if this product will enable me to avoid removing some duct covers by sealing all registers and pulling air through one open register back toward the trunk line.
Is there anyway to clean residential air ducts without taking the air duct covers off? Or at least not take some of them off?
Floor duct covers are no problem, but those ceiling duct covers can be a huge pain. On large jobs especially we spend more time removing and installing duct covers than...
It’s getting really expensive to get my cleaning solution lines repaired. I want to
get my own crimping machine or tools to crimp
the typical 1000 psi solution line.
Can anyone recommend a good crimping machine or tool to get? I’m willing to spend some $ if necessary for the right setup.
You have a good point. This machine is not for just anyone. As a matter of fact it’s really good for almost nobody at all except those few humans on the planet who already have a Blueline and/or can turn a wrench. Those few individuals can make a nice score with this boy. The core 61 hp Vortec...
Extreme price reduction. $1000 or best offer. Blueline Thermalwave Vortec II. Anyone want to give me $1000 for it? “ AS IS.” Comes with waterpond tank, wastetank. i’ll also give you a manual vacuum hose reel. If you tinker , you might be able to together a powerful running truckmount for almost...
Thanks so much for this post from several
years ago! I didn’t know this jump seat product existed. I very often need to haul 2 workers with me and seating can be an issue. I was going to try to find a beanbag chair or something, but now I think I’ll install 3rd front seats in my chevy express...
Apparently, there are hundreds of lawsuits pending against Home Advisor including multiple class action lawsuits which are going forward. I want to join a class action lawsuit against them.
Does anyone know the best way to join these class action lawsuits?
Wow, that is over the top! Skimming money from the little guy! Gimme a break! Oh well, I understand, they don’t have enough billions you know!
It’s time these people were cut down to size like Rockefeller was kneecapped back when he had the whole country on it’s knees a century ago.
I just called the customer prospect I got through Home Advisor. He had only been browsing on Home Advisor and was confused why they called him 9 times, plus my call.
He had no interest in actually doing anything!
I was charged $18 for this crap lead and Home Advisor again refuses to be fair...
Got about 3700 hours. The 61 hp GM Vortec engine is still running very well, but it “arcs out” with some ignition issue. Heat exchanger is cracked from improper winterizing.
It’s on a pallet at the New England Steamway in Wallingford Connecticut.
$5000 or best offer. Includes waste tank...
Why, thank you very much Todd for a quick
answer right to the point!
I think I’ll try that for now and at some point in the future I might put the heat back in, assuming 99 other things don’t happen to this CRAZY machine!!
