Before an engineering firm gets called into a friends fathers home is there a good air quality mold test kit that can be purchased and from where? His dad is having health problems and they would like to rule this out if they can. Thanks
I just went to look at an assisted living facility that want a quote for their carpet. It is the glue down squares that seem to be popping up everywhere. It has been down since 09 and only cleaned in house. Their is 3960 sq ft of hallways not including all the insets by some of the doors.
I am...
I use that exact same explanation too. It is better to tell them before hand that it might be a possibility that it might happen. Alot of customers (not all) think it will be like new again when this is not always the case.
Learned something new then I guess. The person who taught me said never to put a higher % solid over a lesser % but you could go the other way with it. Thanks.
Is it that you can't put a higher solid finish over a lower solid or the other way around. I just got a call from an apartment owner that is wanting a top scrub and coat. Not sure what they put on before. I haven't looked at the job yet but my thoughts at this time is tell him it may be best to...
I had received a sample of Tilemaster from Rob a while back and I used it on a local restaurant tile floor and liked it. I do some outdoor concrete cleaning from time to time and was wondering if it will work just as well. A friend of mine has a five gallon bucket of the Shorebest of which I...
I have a restaurant that I clean for quarterly. They have asked me to give them a bid on cleaning the back pads on their booths. There is only one per booth side and they only about 4-5 inches by the length of the booth. Maybe 4-5 foot. They are somewhat grungy on the top side of the pad. I have...
Didn't know if anyone has been on this site. I use it occasionally. There is also another I use for fleet washing.

I will just have to see how it goes from here. I didn't have any lines/hoses freeze other than at the fittings. I think at that it was minimal but who knows about the heat exchangers. That is what I will be concerned about the most.
I run it today and all the gauges worked just fine and I ran the pressure up to 1000. I only had one Y strainer fitting that had a drip. I run the machine for about 30 minutes with the thermostat turned on. It produced good heat. I only ran the rpm's up to about 2200. Once I get the new quick...
Last time I had used it was on Fri. the 28th. It had sat until yesterday with no heat with lows outside in the single digits overnight on a few nights. Overall three days with lows of about 8 with two days high of around 32-34. This is a PowerClean truckmount unit with heat exchangers. My...
I had to end up taking the quick connect off the tool end and connecting it to the machine to run water through it to make sure any ice build up was gone. Had a hell of a time running any water through any of my pressure lines until I did that. I tried my upholstery tool and pressure gun on the...
I think I may get by with just replacing some fittings on my pressure hoses. They seemed to have swelled or something making it hard to take the hoses apart. Luckily I have a few spares for about three lengths of hose. Other than that I think I have to replace a fitting that has the built in...
Exactly, I am going to pull out every piece of hose that is in there to make sure they are all good and then start hooking up attachments and go from there. I don't mind if it has some fittings to be replaced but the lines on the machine itself are a pita to get to. So hopefully those are ok.
