I use that exact same explanation too. It is better to tell them before hand that it might be a possibility that it might happen. Alot of customers (not all) think it will be like new again when this is not always the case.

The guys that I know who does this are just using hot water skid units.

I will just have to see how it goes from here. I didn't have any lines/hoses freeze other than at the fittings. I think at that it was minimal but who knows about the heat exchangers. That is what I will be concerned about the most.

Exactly, I am going to pull out every piece of hose that is in there to make sure they are all good and then start hooking up attachments and go from there. I don't mind if it has some fittings to be replaced but the lines on the machine itself are a pita to get to. So hopefully those are ok.
