Any peroxide product will diminish with time left in a hot van. I buy 27 1/2 percent or 90 volume and it has a vented cap and comes wrapped in a plastic bag. Not starting a pissing match with you but the heat from your van with the machine will degrade your peroxide.

You can kill Peroxide...most come with a vented cap so it can off gas and not explode the container and therefore it's losing it potency, sunlight and heat will degrade it. Want to make sure it's still viable...pour it on concrete and see if it will still fizz.
