Hows my water and Pre - Spray PH

Hey guys..

Need one of the mad scientists to check to see if im on the right path.

I live in Australia.

Water in my town is ph of 6.5 - 8.5 and believed to be soft.

My Pre- Spray is Fabripowr plus ph of 10-11

with the softer water and should i still use an acid rinse on wool with my current pre-Spray or should i just buy wool safe pre-spray?

TMF chemicals are not readily available in Aus
