Top of stairs, cat destroys carpet by scratching it,, So she decides to not clean the carpets and just fix the carpet, Make the patch and she complains that I took left over carpet from attic and patched the carpet,,, She thought I could just trim it up. What she was upset about was the 90 bucks I charged for patching her carpet.
She is moving and the management company is making her clean the carpets, do a pet job and repair top of stairs....
She decided carpet cleaning was not necessary and claims the cat didn't make any messes at all ' The scratch mess she claims,, but didn't like the 90 bucks to fix it...
I said ok I was leaving she says no don't leave fix the scrathes so I did and begrudgingly she paid me the 90 plus tax .
Best part is when she moves the PM company will send me in to clean and pet treat it and she will still pay for it out of her deposit.
I took pics for the management co. and after she complained and they called me I sent them the pics.
