I’m in the same boat as far as distributors go. I got mine to 2600 without taking anything off. Do your rpms seem to run consistent without the limiter? I might take mine off and see how it goes, I could tell a huge difference running at 2600

Do you think using a acidic cleaner along these areas might help?

That was my initial thought. She has attempted to clean and scrub it off with no luck using cleaning agents for such. From my experience, if it were mold, this should have taken care of it or at least improved it.
