What kind of floor is this and how should I clean it?

Not that I have seen I will check more thoroughly. It looks like it comes in 4 foot rolls that go larger than 12 ft. So minimum size of 4ft by 12ft. Could be longer on the 12 ft side but thats the max dimension I see.

What kind of floor is this and how should I clean it?

It does seem to get darker in some places. Depending on how well it is sealed. Some rooms are high gloss and other rooms have no gloss. I will post more pictures soon. If I use zepp stripper, sealer, and wax, will it ruin the floors? Pardon my stupidity, i am very new to hard floor care. Thanks.

What kind of floor is this and how should I clean it?

Hey guys, looking for some advice. The photo attached is from one of our commercial clients, trying to figure out what kind of floor this is and what the best way to service it would be. Their previous cleaning service says the floor is cork, but the client says its pressed linseed. I'm thinking...

The trick is using the grease build greek statues and selling them. Authentic FRY GREASE ZEUS!!!!!! Getchyour authentic FRY GREASE ZEUS. Yeah, sounds like I shouldn't build a whole branch of my business around degreasing. I think a tile spinner or grease wand off of a truckmount might make...

Hey Mike, Thanks! Kitchen's are miserable. I only do them for long term commercial clients, and I have only done very few so far. Based on smltwn janitorials responses I am thinking a truckmount that can combo into degreasing will be my most efficient bet for building the business overall...

    Commercial Kitchen Floor Degreasing Options

Thanks! Sounds like I need to try some new chemicals for starters. I'll go on an exploratory shopping venture. Jon Don is the nearest big supplier for me. I'll give the enzymatic stuff a shot and see what happens. So sounds like the Alkota would help but might be a waste of money in the end...

Hiring Service? Good experiences, bad experiences?

Funnily enough the company is a cleaning company as well, and they train there staff with cleaning. They also guarantee same day replacement if somebody quits or doesn't show up. Still a lot of money but if you can charge $40+ hr there's still money to be paid and it takes some stress away...

Complete this sentence-I started my business because...

$15/hr at 17 looked great. Turns out I'm a no meth needed tweaker and can't stop cleaning. Then I found out I like people, working for em, training them, selling to them, dealing with their shit, promoting them. Then I saw 5k monthly contracts every business I walked into, and realized you can...

Hiring Service? Good experiences, bad experiences?

I have just started working with hiring service. They want $22/hr for an employee being paid $13/hr. That does cover all taxes. They have a 4 hour minimum. For a long term hire they want 480 hrs paid and then they turn them over to you. If an employee doesn't work out they will replace them for...

At what point should you buy new trucks?

I'm not a huge business, but I try to have growth planned at least 1 year in advance. I only have one van now but based on gross profit, I know when I will buy another one. I'm at 15 monthly now, and at between 20-22 I will purchase a second truck and outfit a second specialty cleaning crew...
