Legend XL check valve teflon seat size

Was wondering what the outer and inner diameter of the teflon seat in a legend xl is? I'm looking at replacing it - and I don't want to have to go through the local supplier.

Facebook Advertising - Advertising only to women 28 - 60

Yes. This is my model as well. I include some spot removal if it's one or two - usually most jobs have them. If they've got a bunch of stains, pet urine, or whatever- I always say that will be additional and quoted first thing when I get there. There's two models there, square footage for deep...

I'm not one of those cleaners. And I'm totally stealing that question. Gold. I actually just closed one for Saturday so the slump is over. It was getting disheartening. **EDIT actually just used that question in Messenger in response to the ad.

Facebook Advertising - Advertising only to women 28 - 60

It was a smaller job. With my 15% first customer discount I was actually $45 dollars over the competing bid. I should've asked if they got the quote via email or just over the phone. Alot of my competition bid low, and then tack on gst, enviromental fee, fuel surcharge etc.

Facebook Advertising - Advertising only to women 28 - 60

So I'm running a Facebook sponsored ad. Didn't get any response for the first two days. Changing the targeting to women only with a tight age range. We're doing an ad for urine removal only. We have a Dog on a carpet with a urine spot, A UV light showing the same (no dog), a water claw tool...

Viper Peroxibrite CTG - anyone use this.

Just wondering if Viper Peroxibrite CTG is any good. Looking at using it to demonstrate at a small grocery store. Wondering if I need to pack anything stronger on the truck...

Canadian Pricing - Tile & Grout Cleaning

Good to know. I'm limited to 1000 psi max until I upgrade my solution and chem pump - then I can turn up my rpm and get more performance. With the Covid crisis limiting how much cleaning restaurants would pay, I was thinking front areas of take-out places. It wouldn't be nearly as bad as a...

2006 Chevrolet 2500 van with 2009 Prochem Apex truckmount $14,900

And you're damn right about not pulling the string when it feels off. At this point if I were you, I'd wait until fall/winter that causes alot of guys to have to get out. You will find the right machine and van. Take the time, if I didn't have the cash to weather the storm, I'd be out of business.

2006 Chevrolet 2500 van with 2009 Prochem Apex truckmount $14,900

Don't take this as advice though. I'm handy with a wrench and addicted to hot-rodding things.

2006 Chevrolet 2500 van with 2009 Prochem Apex truckmount $14,900

I started with a Prochem Legend XL. Now that I've put a new engine, rebuilt the blower (did the teardown myself to save shop time $$$), and rebuilt my chemical pulse pump, it's doing good - Did an acreage where I had to run 100ft to the door and then inside. Took longer but paid really nicely...

2006 Chevrolet 2500 van with 2009 Prochem Apex truckmount $14,900

I'm glad I bought used equipment (even though I bought a lemon and had to fix a pile of stuff myself) and van with cash. Truth be told I should have bought two portables (one for carpet, one for tile and grout) and hit commercial high rise customers and low hanging tile & grout customers looking...

2006 Chevrolet 2500 van with 2009 Prochem Apex truckmount $14,900

Damn if this was available when I was starting out in January, I think I'd be making a roadtrip. Wisconsin isn't actually that far away from me.

Canadian Pricing - Tile & Grout Cleaning

That's the plan. Everyday, get a little faster, hustle a little smarter, talk to a few more people, and nudge up the pricing as soon as I have organic rank on Google, the website. When I have a newer van and newer machine in 4 or 5 years that can do more I'll be able to raise prices even further...

Canadian Pricing - Tile & Grout Cleaning

Oh I've had the expensive repairs: rebuilt blower, new Kohler engine. I cleaned the Heat EX myself. My best hourly so far on residential carpet has been $70/hr (no helper). This is what's got me looking to commercial. See you're in Toronto, cost of living is crazy. Here in Calgary my wife and...

Canadian Pricing - Tile & Grout Cleaning

See I'm in Calgary, and with the oil crash and covid the city is in crisis. I do want to get that up to the 75 cent to 1 dollar range, but I need those first few customers. The discount applied is to do a few videos showcasing what we do for social media. I can still turn the job around in 8...
