    Hey man, I see you know a lot about carpet cleaning. I'm having problems with very thick extremely dirty carpet.. i'm only getting half of the dirt up and its lightening up a shade or two. Also with white and berber carpet.. seems like I can't ever get it clean enough. Any input?

    Hey man thanks for the info on the hoses across the sidewalk law. I will consider it but for now I don't think I will be buying a ramp. I'm not a shit stirrer just don't think it's practical evan though it is the law. Just like you I started as an employee and with my experience I haven't had any problems with operating that way.
