I don't understand how the door works. I understand the concept, but functionality is escaping me. Can you open it? Is it hard/flexible plastic? Are the hoses tapped to the threshold?

So I replaced the the three way on/off valve, the flow control meter, and the diaphragm in the pump. None of that worked. It ended up being the meter itself. Must have had a crack somewhere and was sucking air.

Mexican tile can be a tricky thing sometimes. Most of the time they are a head ache for me. So I charge upwards of 2.25sqft for it. In some cases 3.75

Looks like someone put a color sealer on the grout. If that's the case the color sealer came off when you cleaned it. Tough thing to deal with. Is the customer complaining?

Scott Warrington had said that the amount of acid that comes through isn't significant enough to neutralize the prespray. I remember him saying that at some point.
