Hi, how are you doing today? I am struggling to gain new customers and was hoping for some guidance. Any help would be appreciated. My website is www.egreencarpetcare.com Is there a way I can contact you for advice? Thanks for your time
Easy jobs can be boring and It's rewarding see your hard work pay off. But normally in these situations where carpets are destroyed, I don't take the job or quote high. I think the biggest obstacle was slowing down after seeing needles and bullets. Looking back, a hazmat suit would have been nice.
@brianedwards25 Dirt axe did amazing. Can't imagine what the other products like hot knife would do. I think the best option is to play it safe with a low PH. I'll give the other products a shot and see if they work just as good as Dirt Axe.
@Sierra Clean Care My shirt turned light blue to dark blue - drenched in sweat. Showered too long and the smell still lingers. Almost hoping he doesn't call me back if there are more jobs like this one!
@Lefty724 You're right vacaway rocks. I was about to use greasehog but something turned me away. I think it explained not to use on certain fibers - wanted to be safe for the first time using the product. Have you used greasehog on trashed apartment synthetic?
So I had a job today. Just got back, took 4 hours and saw some things I've never seen before. Used Vacaway Products. (Read the summary at the end if this is too long) Gonna share my experience:
Got a call yesterday for a 3 bedroom. Asked if there were any stains, "Yes, lots" he said. Asked if...
So I need a backup incase my portable takes a dump on me and also for agitation. I am looking at pads and bonnets for my 17 inch floor machine. I got two questions.
1) For the bonnets do I go with size 19 inch or stay at 17nch? I've heard some say go higher size and some say not.
Great point, I did door to door sales in not the best of neighborhoods. Got door slammed in my face, most people said no. But out of the 1000 that didnt - a few did schedule cleanings. Left door hangers on the ones weren't home. It was a learning experience, landed me on my feet
