    Back in the day we mailed 600 flyers per week bulk mail. They went to upscale neighborhoods - home values over $225,000. The mailing contained a headline, testimonials, an offer and a deadline for response. We have never used co-op mailers like Val Pak - they tend to be full of price-driven offers and attract the wrong type of client for us. The real trick is this: What are you doing to communicate with your existing clients? Do you send a newsletter? Do you have a formal referral rewards program? It's great to drive new business in the front door, but the secret to real profitability is repeat and referral business and there are ways to encourage that.
    Hi jeff I am from the twin cities MN, and was wondering if your mailing was to already existing customers or did you target new homes? Also if you could share your method of mailing val pak, postcards or whatever you use. I was thinking hard about doing val pak and would greatly appreciate any advice or pointers you can give me, things are very slow right now so anything helps thank you very much for any inf you care to share.

    Hey Jeff I see you use a White Magic Pro 1600? I used to own a Pro 1700 which had a 20HP Kawasaki
    liquid cooled engine and a Pro 1500 which used a 24HP Onan engine. I love both of them. I really liked
    the way they were laid out. Easy to maintain and work on .
    Are you a die hard Husker fan? Being from Oklahoma City naturally I am a big Sooner fan? So many
    great games between these two traditin rich Universities!
