I made less when I started running two trucks than I did with one truck. I have two now, but it's a bad #, I think I need three or one.
However, when my 2011 Butler was in the shop for a week with (non TM-related) fuel pump issues, I was sure glad I had another truck.
I put my prices online when I first started. I answered my own phone, so I did not have time to handle all of the price shoppers. Having the prices there definitely reduced my call volume, but what volume I had was much higher quality.
Good point on the delamination. I don't have a crab stretcher so the seams can be hard to cut precisely. I haven't had one delaminate on me, but if it delaminated where I was making a seam that would be a disaster.

Are you using the iron to remove the old seaming tape? A former employee showed me that I could use a household iron to remove the tape from the top, without cutting the seam.
They do work, but all plants and animals should be removed, and no one should go into the house. I put signs on the doors. Learned about ozone + water's bleaching potential after I had cleaned and then ozoned a couple of houses, but I never got burned.
