To pick back up - If ChemDry...
Didn't have any foaming issues, they just didn't do a good job cleaning or
dealing with the client.
Sometimes it's the little things, that are usually taken for granted; that can win
or lose the "hearts" of the client.
One little? Define little....
One leads to two, two to three, and so on. It's a domino effect that gets bigger and bigger as
the numbers keep increasing. You seem like a fairly intelligent person, so I probably don't need
to tell you that.
Soreness towards Chemdry? Quite the opposite...
I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the ChemDry folks in my area.
It was because of your outstanding cleaning abilities and exceptional
customer service that I was able to make a client for life.
