Hey Dan, just stopping in to touch base with you and say Hi! How did that wood refinishing job turn out? Sorry I missed it, I would of loved to have been there, but I needed to make some money too. Anyways, hope you have a good holiday.

    Winter-izing

This is my first year going through a winter and I would REALLY like to avoid making noob mistakes. Anyone willing to share some experience about winters, best practices, what to avoid, what not to do, etc..? (Assuming you live in an area that has seasons) Doesn't matter if you think it's...

Could you explain more about the FaceBook communities please? And, yes, I adjusted the parameters to my liking.

    Took The FaceBook Plunge

I just took the FaceBook plunge and started an ad through FaceBook. I followed the format laid out by Mr. Burnich at: http://sfs.https://shop.truckmountforums.com.com/16156/blog/finally-fun-and-profits-from-facebook It went simple enough and I didn't have to wait 24 hours for it to get approved. *crosses fingers Here's...

Hey Peeps, here is the brochure I was talking about. I know I'm a bit late getting it up, but my graphics guy ran into a couple of probs. Six Figures: Not sure your presentation on your website, but good education material and a good demo will go a long way. (what is your website btw?)...

    Thank You ChemDry

I'd like to believe we all have a base understanding that in situations like this it is obviously operators error. And I would hope that most can see it's not really ChemDry that I speak against - well, sort of... :/ I mean, ChemDry did employ them.. anyways... To pick back up - If ChemDry...

    Thank You ChemDry

Didn't have any foaming issues, they just didn't do a good job cleaning or dealing with the client. Sometimes it's the little things, that are usually taken for granted; that can win or lose the "hearts" of the client.

    Thank You ChemDry

One little? Define little.... One leads to two, two to three, and so on. It's a domino effect that gets bigger and bigger as the numbers keep increasing. You seem like a fairly intelligent person, so I probably don't need to tell you that. Soreness towards Chemdry? Quite the opposite...

    Thank You ChemDry

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the ChemDry folks in my area. It was because of your outstanding cleaning abilities and exceptional customer service that I was able to make a client for life. Why you ask? Lets just say I was able to do what you could not. ;) How's that you ask...

Wanting to stop in and say hi. I've watched a couple of your videos on youtube, and I have to say it was your vids that made me want to invest in a rotovac 360i. You guys do great work.

    What Would You Do If...?

Thank you everyone for your feedback so far. Almost everyone has talked about using a defoamer. Craig Jasper mentioned something similar. About putting a sponge that's been dipped in defoamer into the recovery tank(? not sure as I don't do HWE). I'd like to focus on the defoamer for a...

    What Would You Do If...?

What would you do if you walked into a customers home and one of the first things they tell to you is they tried to clean their carpets with TIDE? Ready, Set, Go! Side Note - yes this really happened.

    Are Ride Alongs A Myth?

Post Follow Up: Met Dan and his crew from Victory Cleaning Systems. Dan is a great guy who is very knowledgeable and his crew are good folks that are hard and efficient workers. I wish I could clone a couple of them when I get to that point. ;) It's always a huge boost to an Owner and his...
