Hi Rob - I am in the market to buy either a hydramaster or prochem truck mount. My concern is who I will be able to go to after the warranty period is over. I live in columbus, ohio and a google search was not really helpful. Any ideas? Thanks
Another day, another miserable dollar. I think I like pressure washing just a tad more than sucking rug. But just a tad.
To answer your question, business pretty slow. Fortunately for me, since the other guy I work with isnt worth a sh*t, and the boss always wants to be done by noon, having made 1000 bucks. He usually is successful in that. How is business for you?
Just about the time when you think you can make ends meet, somebody moves the ends.
Greetings fellow coloradoan, I'm up in Greeley. Have a nice day. btw, nice website.
Thanks I'll keep you in mind if I get any calls for up there... I don't service that area. How's business?
I am trying to contact someone about advertising on TMF but the contact button doesn't work for some weird reason. Can you please have someone contact me about advertising?
Do you guys offer any type of vendor program for your forum? I would be interested in some pricing. THanks
HEAT or PSI? Which one would you choose over the other for carpet cleaning?
I was wondering why interlink doesn't offer blue brushes for the 10" brush pro (unless mfg. doesn't make them). In some situations the white brushes seem too soft and the brown are too stiff. It needs a good in between. Thought about cutting a 20" down to 2 (10") ones.
MFG states the white brushes that come with the machines are same as blue brushes on 17". Black are softer; brown are more aggressive. The only 3 they make.
Thank you for comment Wayne. And you are correct. Im personable, but only if I have to be. No doubt I need to work on that sort of thing.
Hi Joel, This is a follow-up question to the thread about oreck orbiter, cycle, trinity...etc. on stairs. Do you have any thoughts on the Challenger Stair Tool. It's more affordable than the stepson/stepdad, but I'm concerned about tip bloom based on your comments in the thread.
I have not used that machine. I know from reading about them they are using the old orbit that has been used since the 80's on the machine so they sell the small plastic piece you put under pad in the center------ so there can be tip blooming with some carpet. The old machines from the 70's and 80's have a reputation for being slow and tip blooming.
No there are not. In fact I did my research.
I found a few other that I will not mention. They were total BS....

I recently purchased a carpet cleaning van with a Saphire Scientific 370 unit. Had it completely serviced with a new set up! Can't find training for technician or myself. Can you help me find good training videos or courses to assist us? I have looked online and on You Tube and everything is really vague and not very detailed. Help!!
